So Friday at school I was helping organize my teachers bookshelf I had some of my friends help to they left for a minute to use the bathroom next thing I know is I start shaking and run out of breath there's some kind of voice saying their probably gossiping behind my back oh you'll just make it worst it'll look like a hot mess I felt like I was going to faint then my friend came along and starts rushing towards me hugging me telling me it'll be alright I just felt even hotter I pushed her off of me I felt so bad I start crying out of anger and stress I didn't have my water either.

I'm so sorry that you went through that. I know how it feels to suddenly panic, especially about situations with friends. Just know that you aren't alone, and that there are many other people out there who have struggled with the same issues and are out there ready to help! If that situation happens again, I think it would just be a good idea to tell your friends that you need a breather and just walk it off until you feel better: that's what I've done before, and it doesn't work all the time, but it does help. I think also talking to them about it later would help you talk through it some, so they understand why you may have panicked. If you need someone to talk to, there's plenty out there ready to talk!
