So a while ago I moved to this school where everyone was either homophobic, racist, misogynistic, all or something else, and then I moved away to go to a different school, and eventually I had to come back. (I'm a senior - 19 - got held back a year) Before leaving, though, I had asked this really, super nice girl (18, its fine) to be my friend, and she said yes. The thing is, she's so nice that it scares me. She intimidates me and she doesn't know, but I feel like I don't deserve her and anytime I'm around her, I just freak out/freeze and don't end up talking to her, I don't know what to do. At some point after leaving the school, I had cut her off cause I thought I'd never see her, and I apologized just recently, but I just feel like she's been so angry, but silent, but she's just so nice

It may feel like she's mad. But it is probably all in your head. But if she is mad or you really just wanna make up for it. Then spend time with her. People come and go, and you just have to make the most of your friendship. Get some ice cream or go to a park. She sounds amazing and I'm sure she would love to spend more time with you 💕

I've been through something similar with my friends. They understood and came around after a while. Just be patient and make as much time as healthily possible (I know that anxiety makes plans kinda crummy after a while so don't over extend yourself for your sake either!)

Explain to her how you feel and apologize profusely about what happened if you want to

@goddessdarling I did, but I just feel like she's secretly really mad, even tho she's told me she isn't numerous times

@GusTheFish she might be just remember don't push her to forgive you right away and also explain to her why you felt cutting contact was the right move
