I've been gluten free for about 2 years. Right now Im on an Autoimmune protocol diet. Grain free dairy free sugar free egg free caffeine free legume free. This is way harder but I've managed for a couple of months. It has not been as miraculous as I had hoped but we are trying to clear up a bad Candida overgrowth. I've also been on Nystatin to try to heal my mouth. Has anyone been able to conquer the candida?

@Lizherrera_22 It's not as bad a I thought it would be except the price of things
Mine helped by finding recipes I enjoyed and having patience !! Gluten free foods take more time to prepare and are a bit tricky. But knowing how to properly cook items and knowing what tastes good is key!! I’ve been gluten free for 10 years
@Shalay yes I see that it’s going to take some patience so I have to work on that part lol but I’m willing to try and get it done. What are some of your favorite meals?
@JustRachelle I love anything spaghetti! A quick cook of some meat, throw in sauce and boil ur noodles so good and easy :) Mexican dishes are always a win and naturally gluten free so like casseroles, enchiladas, tacos ! Depending on where u live also, scrolling through Instagram I found great gluten free dedicated spots that taste so good. You should download the Find me gluten free app …it can help u search for gf foods near by! ❤️ 🤗
I'm mostly gluten free because wheat triggers my IBS. It was hard at first but, keeping your diet as close to "normal" is what helped me. I went through a lot of trial and error folding gluten free breads, desserts, ECT that I liked vs what I didn't like. Fortunately now there's lots of options, many come close to their gluten containing counterparts
@KittyMew thanks for the advice… thats kinda where I’m starting I believe.. I love fried rice and broccoli so I had to make sure I found a gluten free soy sauce.. and im glad I didn’t but I haven’t tried it yet lol I also found gluten free bread but I didn’t know I had to keep it frozen but that’s okay.. im starting small so I can do it I guess it just takes time.. at first I was trying to rush everything but I think taking my time may help. How long did it take you to fully transition to everything being gluten free? How do you manage eating out at restaurants etc?
