I have been highly depressed since Christmas night, it’s been 6 days of constant depression I feel a whole in my chest and stomach that won’t go away. It feels like this will last forever. Can anyone give me any advice to pull myself out of this ? Thankyou.

I've felt like this since September. Its awful. I'm sorry you're suffering too. We got to ride the wave out.
I would start looking for a good counselor/ therpist if you don’t already have one. Someone with experience with chronic illness.
what i do is get high and listen to music but it’s not for everyone
Just do what you can to take care of yourself, don't force yourself to do things you can't but try your best to take care of yourself. Focus on the little things that are good (warm blankets, good music, etc.) And just focus on what you can do for yourself right now. Cuz ik it's cliche but it does get better:)
I dont really know tbh i rely heavely on my big sister but if you want ill lissen if you wana vent
