Hey! my question is: Does anyone have pill anxiety? like you just can't swallow them? I always found it a little comical that I ended up with pill anxiety when I needed to take antidepressants to HELP the anxiety

      i always do what my friends affectionately call “chipmunking”, where i’ll take a big swig of water/juice/etc and hold it in my mouth, then kinda slowly take the meds one at a time

      I had a fear of taking pills, my mom would hide the pill in applesauce or yogurt so I wouldn't know which scoop would have it in there

        @flowerchild217 I did this for a while. We aren't that much different from dogs- just hide the meds in a treat 😅

          @CloverCorgi so true 🤣 but hey if it works, you know? You could also try drink a smoothie when taking them. Milk or soda also works.
