I was never a snacker/late night snacker until I became depressed. even now I hate it but once my mind starts thinking about snacking it won't stop until I grab something. it's so annoying. I've gained alot of weight since getting sick (before the snacking kicked in) and I'm trying to lose it but this is NOT helping.

I love snacking on things like celery since it has a high water content and is very low in calories. I also like apples, carrots, and seeds that still have the shell like sunflower and pumpkin. Sometimes I just need something to chew on
Try lollipops that curb appetites, eggs, nuts, fruit, unsalted and unbuttered popcorn, or drink more water when you feel snacky
Nut butters if you aren’t allergic.
I'm a late night snacker too. I was just thinking about making sure I have healthy snacks available instead of junk
I have too I think my birth control implant is partially responsible
@PurpleMage Try healthier snacks. Apples, fruit, veggies.
@PurpleMage I don't think I was on bc at the time. Mine was from mobility restrictions. Although let the doctors tell it, I was just pigging out all the time which couldn't be further from the truth.
