yes! i've actually never shared these thoughts with anyone tho. It's nice to feel a little less alone, but im also sorry you have to experience this

Me toooo! Or like if I leave my water or coffee unattended at work I get scared someone will poison it.

I always have intrusive thoughts about wondering if someone at the factory did something to my food before it was sent out 😅.

Yes I have! I’m glad that it helps you. I think I may need to practice and talk to someone more with specialty knowledge with that.

Have you tried CBT? It helped me with the different types of obsession I have.
