How did getting/not getting COVID-19 effect you? (Mentally or physically) When I got covid, it felt terrible, but it only lasted 4-5 days. I was very sore the entire time and I just felt nasty. I constantly checked my heart rate, ECG, and Blood O2, but everything eventually turned out fine. During it, I felt defeated, yet, unafraid. Before the omicron variant, I was so deadly afraid of it because of my history with heart and lung issues. However, after getting sick with it, I felt relieved, yet disappointed. It was not quite my worst experience as I expected it to possibly be (don’t get me wrong, it was still quite terrible!). I know I could hardly sleep and breath, but time flew by and eventually I got better. However, my brain fog has gotten to be the worst it’s ever been. That hasn’t left me. It’s been since late January-early February (when I got covid) since I’ve had this brain fog issue. Anyone else have a similar story?

Yes, I had mild omicron now Brain fog so bad. And my fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue got so much worse. My husband’s brain fog was so bad he didn’t even remember how to tie his shoes or open a flip top cap. He did not know what the definition of sister in law was or how to use his phone. Slowly he has gotten better but I have not. We are both now at the same level of brain fog so sad. I’m going to try bocopa monerie it’s an herb

Oh it's good the brain fog is subsiding. I have read that COVID is believed to make mast cells worse and thaf can cause a lot of issues. Trying to protect myself from COVID more by getting my mast cells under control.
I get one yearly and I had it right before covid, I can try to get one at a later point, but I honestly have not had any issues since. Only thing bothering me has been brain fog which has recently stopped happening as consistently

It might be worth seeing a dr and possibly actually getting an echo/ ekg if you had a lot of heart symptoms... I haven't had COVID but I've been avoiding it at all costs cuz I already have holes in my heart and serious fatigue and dysautonomia

No you probably had an echo, there is a difference haha
Is this like using your phone as a "light sensor" for photography?
Yeah i dont know what voice text did there and we can't edit sorry. I guess I'm just still failing to understand how you recorded your heart's electrical activity and ran an ultrasound and measures your valves with a trendy sportswatch? I had one done yesterday morning and there's no way that could be done with a watch, even if you put the thing on your chest 🤔
Electrocardiogram, not echo*
Right so can you use the actual words?
ECG was done via Apple Watch so probably not actually what you may be thinking
How did you give yourself an echocardiogram? Or am I missing some abbreviation here?
