Journaling helps sometimes or going outside and just taking in nature going on a walk and taking in everything you see if it's warm enough Meditation and stretching doing normal daily activities with more intention reaching out to someone

What I do for anxiety is to be with the people that matters the most. The people who matter the most to you will use different ways to help you to deal with anxiety.

Ive been on different medication for 20 years. The only thing I have found that helps, is Marijuana.
Grounding if it get super bad, but for daily anxiety’s… let me know when ya find out lol
I recently started reading a book called “The Happiness Trap” which talks about Acceptance and Commitment therapy. That’s been working for me pretty well.
