I was diagnosed with costochondritis in 2017. It flares up sometimes and the pain spreads to my neck, shoulders and back. The main pain in my chest is right under my collar bone. It gets swollen and really painful there. Do other people have a similar experience? I’m so tired of being in pain all the time.

I’m taking anti-inflammation pills and they helped reduce the pain so much. It hasn’t gone away though. Everything went downhill for me after taking the COVID vaccine

anti-inflammation pills help me too but I can’t take them anymore because now they upset my stomach.

yes! Anti-inflammation pills are known to cause bleeding in the stomach if consumed on empty stomach. That’s why you need to make sure you eat really well before taking them. Like a heavy lunch/dinner
