Okay…. I am old, 48. I guess I am at a point I am confused on my sexual orientation as well. Can I message any of those who said they are open to being messages?
I'd always been with men until I was in my late 40's. I'm now going on 49 and have been married to my wife for 2 yrs. I was very nervous about telling my mom as she'd always been judgemental about my life and my choices. Surprisingly she was very accepting of my choice to marry a woman. I'm just sad she passed away before we were able to get married.
I'm 30 and just came to terms with the fact that I'm bisexual. I've only told a select few people because I'm scared that a lot of my family would be upset about it. It honestly takes a lot of courage and bravery to be who you really are.
It can be a long, confusing, nuanced road, friend, but there's no rush to get to the end or any need to walk it alone 💕
Certainly happy to chat a bit with anybody who needs it 😊
Im incredibly well versed in sexuality and gender, mines more complicated than most so I spent years researching and learning about how complex it all is im available to message if you need help
My wife and I looked into it and we feel I am pansexual. She has known she was a lesbian since she was young. She did try to date guys, but it just didn't work out. Her sister is bisexual but has been married to a guy for a few yrs now and has 2 boys that are so funny.
I'm not physically attracted to anyone, but emotionally attracted to them, if that makes sense to you. I'm very protective of my wife, but I'm not attracted to her physically. I think it's because I was molested for so many yrs when I was a kid before I got the courage to tell my mom.
It’s totally ok and normal to be confused and you also don’t need to have an answer that fits any specific label if that doesn’t feel right to you I came out a few years ago but figuring it out was hard happy to chat
yeah it’s very easy to get caught up in labels or overanalyze your identity for sure, I’ve been there. sometimes labels help people feel connected to their identity, understood, etc. and sometimes it’s more overanalyzing. it depends on the person ig.
I'm probably better informed than some bc special interest + chronically online. I've recently decided to just keep "questioning" as a permanent identity bc I've been questioning my gender for 9 years and still get confused with my own feelings.
