Just had a colonoscopy for my UC how’s everyone experience with sulfasalazine?

I'm currently on it. It definitely helps me - but comes with a good amount of bad side effects (everyone is different). Low libido, fatigue. Also have to be very careful in the sun (my doctor is super worried about my skin for some reason being on it).

I was on it as a child and had no problems with it!

I have personally not tried it but my UC has been in remission taking Apriso (mesalamine)
