I have dissociative fugue and terrible dissociation during conversations, driving, watching movies, daily tasks you name it. Lately it has been really bad, lasting longer and I’m forgetting where I have put them, new items in my home, or bruises injuries I have not knowing how it happen. It leads to paranoia, identity issues, and major anxiety. Does any one have non med techniques that help? Or med suggestions?? Thanks!!
