Dealing with ROCD: Anyone else struggling?

YES. it's been almost four years since I started dating my partner and every once in a while I still have to sit him down and ask him the stupid questions, because my stupid brain is lying to me again, but she's a really convincing liar. I try not to engage with those thoughts much, I just let them sit in the back corner of my brain, collecting cobwebs, but sometimes they get overwhelming and I gotta ask for reassurance even though we both know the answers already
