Used to be very very social and outgoing. But with more medical issues, being used in previous relationships and not being able to play sports anymore has caused me to fight between anxiety of wanting to meet new people or make plans but not wanting to follow through. And the anxiety and depression of not doing enough in any sense

it deff can be hard when you have to get back into something I'd say wait till your really motivated and up for it then it will just go from there and over time u will be doing it more and more 🙂
