      Thanks for the warm welcome everyone, I know you lot in the states have it bad with the weather at the moment. I was working over Christmas so that's not helped my energy levels. I find even on my days off I rarely leave the house, I love listening to music sometimes, anything from classical to rock, but peace and quiet is my choice at the moment. Hoping for better things in '23

      The weather can be totally restrictive… is there anything you do (or used to do) that could break you out of a bad way? Music is my lifeline… when things were really bad though, even music was not the same…
