Do you guys find sleeping more during a flare up helps? I genuinely can't tell if it's making it better or worse lol

It depends. Sometimes it can help especially if I've over-exerted myself and suffering from burnout. Other times it can make it worse or get me into a pattern that isn't healthy for me and makes it difficult to be more proactive. It also can be challenging to differentiate between physical health fatigue and mental health fatigue, as I tend to sleep as a slightly 'better' coping mechanism when my mental health is bad. I think you should always listen to your body and do what's best for you at the time šŸŒæ

@CarisNotCharis So glad I'm not alone in this topic. That's exactly how I feel. Except for me if I want to take a nap I sleep for about 2-4 hours and some times it takes 5-6 tries to fully wake up which makes it more exhausting.
