      Scleraderma is the worst and to be honest not many doctors know much about it itā€™s frustrating to tell a doctor you have scleroderma and they almost look at you is if you have two heads they donā€™t understand it itā€™s frustrating

        @Mariarita it is a text book illness. It affects your connective tissues which are from your head to your toes. You are your own best doctor. Many meds I took affected my digestive tract. Wishing you more good days than bad.

      are you using a nasal cannula for your o2? maybe it is time to ask your pulmonologist about getting a high flow nasal cannula
