My digestive health is quite problematic, with no large intestine and only 1/2 of my small one. I have a defective gene that affects the entire digestive tract. As a diabetic, I need regular meals but am unable to eat or drink before leaving the house due to my very overactive stoma. If anyone has any suggestions I would gratefully welcome them.
