        it’s called the Pomodoro Technique! you basically work 15 minutes, rest 5 minutes, and repeat in a cycle

    Breathing exercises and regular exercise... I also use Pure therapeutic Ketones(Pruvit) which is mostly vitamins and bhb salts.
