My legs bounce, shaking my fists and tapping are my really common ones.
I start hitting myself but that's only if something really really bad happened to me otherwise flapping hands

On hard days i unintentionally rock a LOT. I do a little even on good days. Things i do on purpose tho: spin my rings/bracelets, listen to music, play with my fidget spinner, scroll Facebook, scroll Alike, text my few close friends, talk to or text my wife, research random stuff, the list goes on. What i do depends on where i am
I click my tongue and kinda,, shift my weight from one leg to the other? to rock side to side if that makes sense I also do this thing where I stand only on the front of my feet. not quite tiptoes but my heels are definitely off the ground

i always end up rocking or bouncing my leg but my favorite intentional stims are flapping hands and pacing!

Anything music related singing, dancing, listening to it
i keep saying "mimi momo" every 5 mins ... also if there's a sticker or something on a bottle i peel it off while talking and roll it in between my fingers
I didn’t realize singing could be a stim! I also bounce my legs and everyone in my life yells at me to stop doing it. Same when I flap my hands or do this thing with my fingers where I rub the tips of them together. It really sucks because the closest people in my life don’t let me stim so I can’t feel completely comfortable. I also tend to stim when I’m anxious too. Is that common with others?
@JALNIKKI For me, I stim when I’m experiencing any sort of activating feeling (happiness, excitement, anxiety, overstimulation). Oftentimes, how I’m stimming can help me understand what I’m feeling 🤗
Leg bouncing/moving my feet around is my biggest. I also rock/sway in all directions, flap hands, and sometimes I tense my fingers and move them around. When I'm stimming during sensory overload I normally hit my knuckles against each other. I also pull at my skin a lot, especially the neck skin but ppl get creeped out by how stretchy my skin apparently is 😅
