I'm so numb and really wish it were snowing as of right now so I can just fall and purposely faceplant and stay there for like 6 minutes. I use cold water or ice to help w my anxiety when it gets wack and idk what else to do so idk how to help w my depression but nothing of interest is helping or ever rlly did.

      My counselor told me that even if things you used to enjoy aren't interesting or enjoyable, it helps to engage in one at least 10 minutes a day. May help you feel better. Hope things improve and stay strong you got this.
