With my Ehlers danlos, the longer I go without a dislocation, the less flexible I am. Is anyone else like this? It’s been two weeks without a knee dislocation and my palms can go flat on the floor but it kind of hurts in the tendons behind my knees. Where as normally I can reach behind my feet with my hands flat and knees not bent.

This is completely normal. Each dislocation causes more damage to your already damaged tissue so its going to get more painful and you may find that you develop Osteoarthritis later on in life
