Yes! Typically intense irritability for a short period of time. I feel so guilty for how I acted afterward when the anxiety clears.

Yes I feel bad because it can last for hours, it can start when I wake up and I have to put myself in a corner to calm myself. Noises make it worse like random sings or smacking

in certain situations, especially social ones, ABSOLUTELY. i feel so bad for getting short with people but it feels like im going to explode if someone breathes on me.

All. The. Time. It also makes me feel extremely guilty for it later on and I spend hours crying over how mean I was when I was angry. But the anger fits come out of nowhere and they’re bad. It feels like I’m watching another human shout and tirade and not me because it’s so unlike me to get so angry at something.

Yes. If im extremely anxious I come off as snappy. My boyfriend will get my xanax for me. Lol.

Yes :/ it’s because if everything isn’t under my control I lash out at anyone who might be around just trying to live their life

It's been so debilitating for me. I lash out almost everyday and having to ask for my needs to be met is such a huge trigger. I need to learn to control it, I have 3 broken fingers due to being unable to control it. I smoke oil and am on buspar but it's definitely not helping

yes! I get angry over the smallest things and can't control it. it's been a lot better since starting abilify but I still struggle with it. it's also been getting better on a lower dose of lexapro
