I like to do a nice button down and a good pair of jeans but bring a hoodie in case it's more casual than that.

Long fringed scarves are popular too!

Ask for the dresscode and theme, if they say "dress however" go for something like jeans and a neutral sweater. Look up "fall looks" for an idea what you can wear, most fall looks are casual

@TheLonelyPhrawg my bf is hosting the party and he said to dress however, but the problem is i don't really own any jeans or leggings

@z0mbie OOOO double points if you can find colors in your wardrobe that fit fall colors

@z0mbie then he probably knows how you dress already. So try to dress how you normally dress when you wanna feel pretty/handsome

I like to ask if others if they will be dressing up, otherwise would just dress comfy in the fall weather kinda way.

Leggings or sweatpants with a sweater that's seasonal and not 2 dressy :)

I am also autistic and always seems to be under or over dressed in some capacity. Most people wear leggings and a seasonal sweater( brown, red, yellow, orange.) you can also wear jeans and a nice top or flannel, it’s like a semi casual thing most time but something you’re comfortable eating in! not too tight
