Desperate for help with foot pain

Yes, I have fibromas in my feet and a tailor's bunion on my left little toe. At times when on my feet too long, it feels like my left foot is a sponge, it's hard to describe but I have burning pain all the time. I was told that I can get a custom orthotic shoe insert by my podiatrist or surgery but the fibromas (lumps)can grow back

Hi farmer, I have problems with my feet. My right foot hurt so bad a couldn't walk hardly without being in so much Pain. I have had 3 surgery on my right foot. It still feels like it is tightly wrapped up and is in a concrete brick. My Pain does not go away, hurts 24/7 and somedays the pain level is 10+ (from 1 to 10). When in bed it wakes me up and it feels like it's in a Bucket of Ice 🧊 cubes. They say I have Neuropathy. My Left foot two little toes hurt now. I went to a Orthopedic Bone & Joint doctor who did my Surgery. Has any doctor say you have Neuropathy?
