Looking for advice on PTSD medication

I've used lexapro and liked that

Cymbalta! Helped me so much with chronic pain and my depression. I was able to make tremendous progress on it mentally. Got me through a super dark period.

Sertraline has been helping me greatly. You really need to eat with it though — I didn’t eat with it on the first couple of days and I threw up ;__;.. it’s a medication where you rly need to keep up w yourself, which I think is a good thing honestly, like you need to eat and you need to drink water with it. I used to take Prozac and it helped too but I started getting migraines from it :;((
