Tired of Living in a Mess

Hi I'm in the same position. It's very frustrating when you want to do something and have no space. My kitchen is hard work as only a little worktop space. I only go in my bedroom to sleep. There is a 4ft space from door to bed! It's very stressful and tiring. There is no support for this kind of OCD in my area. I've worked with a mental health nurse and a well being support worker. Neither have helped 😥😭 Have you had any support? We are not alone there are many of us out there. Set yourself a small task every week. You will enjoy the rewards. Stay positive. Good luck
