Has anyone with EDS struggled with their jaw? Mine used to constantly pop every time I opened it but I now it won’t and I can’t open it all of the way. Any suggestions to get it back to normalish are appreciated!! :)

I don’t go to a pt I’m still in the process of getting diagnosed but every doctor says I have it they just can’t diagnose until I go to Iowa city I’ll try the heat and anti inflammatory and see if that works thanks so much!!
