I understand your pain! Fibromyalgia is an enemy! I’ve learned that changing my diet up a a little bit has helped majorly, on top of making sure I stretch everyday starting first thing in the morning. 💕I hope you feel better! My left hip has been giving me the worst off And on pain for over 2 months now
