lately it's been really hard to get out of bed I haven't had a job for a while and this has been the longest I haven't had a job since I was 14 I don't feel like I'm myself anymore and I don't know what do you about it anymore

It sounds like you are doing all the right things right now. If you haven’t already I’d reach out to your mental health professionals and support network and let them know what is happening. If you want to talk also feel feee to message me! My best advice is to find something you think you can do and set a small goal for yourself. Maybe first try sitting up in bed, then maybe standing if you think you can do it. Celebrate each of those accomplishments. Then find a chore or something that you feel like you can do. And go forth and so on. Make sure to celebrate each one. I know it sounds stupid but I helps.

Do you have meds, and are you taking them regularly? Do you have insurance? Do you have a shrink or two that you're talking to, one for meds, one for therapy?
@FallonSpaag I do take meds regularly and I do have my phycologist and therapist and ya I have insurance
