    I find trying to start the day can be overwhelming when we know we have to do a lot of tasks subconsciously before starting the day, get our of bed, brush teeth, take a shower, etc and the ones after that throughout the day, it's good to not think about it all at once and make mini goals set for the morning routines, starting with focusing on one thing at a time, once you complete each task you will feel better ❤, also telling yourself good things like I'm okay and I can do this ᕙ(*•̀ᗜ•́*)ᕗ hope this helps!

    I’m trying to work on this rn. I get intimidated by how much I have to do and I avoid starting my day (and also ending my day) because of it. The only time my anxiety calms down is right after my evening chores are done and I can sit down and chill for a bit

    Some people like me have wats called nocturnal panic attacks if u have anxiety or panic attacks generally during the day u can have panic attacks or anxiety in your sleep too
