What RA symptoms are you coping with and what are some methods you have been doing to prevent crazy flares from happening? I have had RA since 2019 and I’m 31 and it has been a journey. This illness temporarily disabled me. Making it difficult for me to walk so I had to stop working out for awhile. When I workout? I’m back flaring. Feet red, hands with shooting pains. Back pain is severe. This is tough.

      Last year I had great success with a paleo and low histamine diet. I did it for a few months and my RA symptoms almost disappeared. Going back to eating normally and lots of stress made symptoms come back. Trying to get back to being on that diet but it’s tough to stick with!

      I started turmeric & stretching. It’s helped a lot.

      It's winter so in dealing with stiffness which ache my bones and I deal with it by staying active that loosens the stiffness

      I was not able to walk for a long time. My Rheumatologist tried different combinations of medications until she found a combo that works for me. I do still have aches and pains, but I’m at least able to walk now and have lost 138lbs. I have also changed my diet. I stay away from foods that cause inflammation and load up on anti-inflammatory foods. Stretches first thing in the morning when I wake up & moving as much as possible.
