I've been losing myself lately. I'm been having the worst time trying to get back into work and stay working. everyday I have a constant headache. I don't even know if my antidepressants pill is even helping. is there some way I can get out of feeling like this? I've been doing the things I usually love doing but it seems like it's not having a affect anymore.

Also, do things that make you feel like your old self... that really helped me. You know, like things that you used to like a long time ago, but haven't given yourself that luxury these days. We tend to do leave those things behind when we gotta get things done, but maybe it's time to go back around to it! ❤️

Are you seeing a psychiatrist? Maybe a med change might help. Some do not work at all for some people. Psych meds take some trial and error. Talk to your psychiatrist for sure.
For me doing new things helps a little. That and forcing myself to do some stuff I need to but dont want to do. So for new things for instance I got a new video game recently. Something new but fun and still familiar in that I'm used to playing games. Start a new show or something like that maybe. As far as doing stuff that you can't get done, I for instance will let dishes sit for days and days and they are a daunting task. So what I'll do is I'll wash one dish. It doesn't take much time and it makes the situation better. And often times I'll wash a few even though I only set out to wash one because of how easy just one ended up being. A big part of getting past depression is pushing through it from what I've been learning and I think it's absolutely stupid lol. But it is what it is. All we can do is keep trying. Best of luck!
