Dealing with Intrusive Thoughts on Medication

All the time. I'm not on those 2 meds. Just Ativan as needed, but I get them all the time. I will just be driving down the road and the idea there is something wrong with my heart will pop in my head and cause me to start panicking and then I have to pull over. Sometimes I can fight through it, but if my kids are with me I'm constantly looking for places to pull over incase one of them has to get help. It's a dang struggle everyday.
