Just downloaded this. May or may not be using it in the future depending on how the first few weeks go. Despite how many mental health issues I have and how severe they can be, I'm relatively functional; over the years I've come up with a lot of self-hacks and coping mechanisms. The reason I downloaded this is that I realized a while back that not all my coping mechanisms are healthy ones, and that most of them were developed to help me survive the situation I was in. I am in a very different situation now and feel as though I can do better, and maybe start living and healing a little rather than just "surviving". I have a lot of experience and technical knowledge of mental health issues so I hope to be able to help others on here as much or more than they do for me.
