What should I tell/ask at my preconception visit? I have POTS, hEDS, MCAS and narcolepsy. I think I’d need to stop taking Atenolol and methylphenidate when I get pregnant.

Literally all of it. Any kind of condition like that is worth discussing when it comes to talks about pregnancy. Especially considering that a lot of those disorders are hereditary, and you are on medication for them. The more information your doctor has, the better they can help
