I've been using an app called Finch. I am able to set goals and earn rewards for my birb, I describe it like a Self-Care Tamagotchi that doesn't die, and is instead really encouraging. It has been helping me get through my days a little easier and reminding me to get things done.

I use Finch as well and I have other apps that help me. I have found Task hero and Habit hunter and Lifeup to be interesting

There's also another app called Habatica. I didn't stick with it quite as long but my partner did longer because he liked it a lot. It's kinda almost DND-ish. You can also join groups to "defeat monsters" which is really just getting your tasks done (: you can get armor and pets and things. It's actually really great, I'm just not as into it personally

@SBelleC I tried that one for 2.5 seconds then noped right out of there.

@ClumsyWorm yeahh it wasn't for me. But I can see it helping others. But you do have to wait for when you have a bit of time because it does take a little while to set up compared to some others. But after it's set up you pretty much don't have to worry about anything

Finch is so cute! Eventually stopped using it tho lol. Do you know you can put it as a widget on your phone? At least I could (:

I love finch and I love how much it has to offer (breathing exercises, yoga and workouts, soundscapes, etc.) finch is pretty much the only self care app that has worked well for me. I mostly would just get tired of self care apps but I'm very consistent with finch. What I also like about it is that I can check my insights/calendar. Just a really really good app in general.

I also use Finch! I like that they added a home nest area. My favorite feature is that friends can send encouragements to each other which makes you want to stick to your goals together.

@BeeHappy I also love that they are doing stuff for Halloween all month.
