Hip Problems: Need Advice

good luck with your upcoming appointments! i know it’s stressful but remember to take it easy. the best thing i found was to research the people i was about to see and compile any questions/concerns i had beforehand so i knew that i wouldnt forget anything. overall just do your best to take care of yourself ! (another helpful thing may be to look up ways to advocate for yourself in case your doctor doesnt take you seriously. it’s unfortunate but happens a lot 😔)
