Dealing with a Hostile Coworker

This screams not your problem-- it seems very obvious that this person has their own sh*t and it has nothing to do with you. Obviously it is still really uncomfortable for you to have to be around though so im sorry you have to!! That isnt fair. I hope it helps to hear though that it is okay to not worry about what they think. I know that is easier said than done but try and give yourself permission to energetically block her out as much as you can. Again, easier said than done, bit we're rooting for you!

Oh wowwww, the only thing I can think of is she might be going through some stuff at home, and coming to work, and taking it out on you . The other thing is , you remind her of somebody that has did something bad to her , but that still doesn't give her the right to be mean to you by any means , I'm so sorry you have to go through that 💔.
