so I have bipolar and anxiety disorder. And I'm going through a breakup. I still love him. can't stop thinking about him. Any advice you guys have to help get through this. it's really hard because with my bipolar and anxiety it's making everything worse dealing with the breakup also. so if anyone has any advice as to how to cope with this please share.

Keep your brain busy. With my worst breakup, work was my solace. It was very hard to smile at people and pretend nothing was wrong when I helped them, but it kept my brain busy enough for 8 hours a day. I did cry at every break and lunch and after work, but it got better. I found someone else. I had a great friend support network. Find your tribe and lean in. It will get better; hang in there.
self care is so important after a breakup. make plans with ur friends, keep hydrated, try a new hairstyle! ik it hurts sm rn but u will get thru this i promise 💕💕
