I totally understand!! It feels like I live for Dr. Appts and tests! lol.. I have kidney stage 3, had lung cancer and now heart bypass surgery. I'm just 60 post op triple bypass surgery.

Ive work most of my life but in June i had a major flare that messed with my knees its been kind of a struggle here and there..

I understand. Balancing work with diet, exercise, Dr appointments, medicines, pain, family. I get sooooooo tired and hurting from trying to do enough to get by and my feet and hands are hurting. And I haven't eaten the right foods. And everyone thinks I look fine. They have no idea what it takes for me to look fine. I cope by taking care of my pain and doing what I can. I pray, I journal every night for the past year (a hugh accomplishment for me) I see my therapist once a week. PT when I can. Rest when I can. And right now looking forward to retirement in 6 months so I can get the 3 more surgeries I need. (I just had back surgery in July)
