I wish I was someone who couldn't tell when people weren't interested. Like I'm getting to be with my best friend for the first time in a while and I was trying to tell them some stuff about my special interest. I know that they aren't super into it but they watched four seasons of it with me. They have to be a bit interested in it, right? Like I hate that I can tell that they don't really care about what I'm saying. Is it sad that I'd rather be oblivious to it? I want to talk to them. Tell me about your interest, talk to me. Just say something. I feel like they could care less if I'm here or not. Idk. It might just be my anxiety. Maybe they do care? But I can tell. Because I'll be talking and they'll look away or say very little to go along with what I'm saying. I've known them for over half my life, I can tell when they aren't interested in something. What changed?
