      75 mg am/ 75 mg afternoon/ 100 mg night Took several weeks to titrate to those doses. Works great!

      I take 150 in the am and 450 in the pm. It's been life changing to have it

      I’m at 150 twice a day, it helps for sure! I think I need to increase again but the side effects are brutal so we will see

      I take 100mg twice a day…. I first did 225mg twice a day but it can replicate fibro fog but did help with my pain the most at a higher mg but does the job at 100mg~
