Struggling with Diabetes Management and Medication

I have not been taking care of myself the way I should. being diabetic is a full time job. someone on here mentioned that before as well. but when your doctor and your pharmacy can't get their ducks in a row and get your insulin that they so desperately claimed you needed, and you run out, and you've been out of it for about 2 weeks and now your levels are all over the place, what do they want you to do? what do they expect me to do? I called my pharmacy and both my primary care doctor and my endocrinologist. there was a miscommunication between the primary care who wrote my prescription for my tresiba and the pharmacy so now I'm sick but I've been making due with only my Humalog but my glucose is still all types of wacked up. yup. I feel I was doing better before I started going back to the doctor. not to mention this crazy weight gain. so yeah I'm not doing too hot right now.
