Keep microwavable/prepped stuff around if you have the disposable income for it! That stuff's a lifesaver.

Protein shakes and Belvita crackers. Usually having to do more than opening a bottle or packet is a hindrance.

I try to keep some of my favorite microwave meals in the freezer for when I’m miserable and don’t feel like feeding myself but I need food.

I find rice(with/without soysauce) plain and bananas are generally pretty safe for me. And chicken, if you need protein.
