I haven't told my boss that I have autism in fear that I may be treated a different way than the others. I'm a member of leadership at my job and do fairly decent at the job. If I was to tell them about my condition would that change their perspective on me? They already think I'm a bit awkward. So maybe they know? I don't know if I should just tell them.

I definitely would recommend telling them on your own time. In addition, ADA is on your side if they were to do something out of discrimination for your Autism.
