Hey all. Just a little note to hi. I'm really struggling with a lot of pain lately. I had RF ablation done on both knees and it seemed to have made things worse, but I'm doing my best.

@SunshineGal staying positive is the best way. People that know me at work, both coworkers and patients, are always surprised with everything that I go through that I'm always in such a good mood. But when I'm Not in a jovial mood, they know something is really wrong. Thankfully that doesn't happen very often.

I am sorry the RF Ablation is not working for you. I had immediate relief and it has been 2+ months. Sometimes i overdo and my body lets me know i am done even though i am not really feeling the bone on bone part of my knee. I stand for my job 4-5 hours a day. And i was afraid i was going to have to quitin the weeks before i got the RF Ablation. My back i get an epidural on and i am fortunate it lasts me a whole year. i know people are able to get it done more often. I just usually do not need it. I also get trigger point injections and those i get every 3 months. I hope you find something that helps your pain

The pain after RFA does last for a bit. It is miserable. I hope you have lots of ice packs. Sending you healing thoughts and gentle hugs. I did ok having it in my neck, but my lower back was so painful. Thinking of you. šŸ¤—

@justkittenya my RFA was in July and I was doing well for a few weeks, now things seem to be back sliding. I couldn't imagine having it done again anywhere else, especially my low back. I'm so glad it worked for you for your neck
