I've heard a lot of arguments about PCOS being considered Intersex. In the medical community, it's not considered to be, but the definition of it is so loose "having first or secondary sex characteristics not aligning with (traditional idea of) male or female"

That's a really interesting idea that I had not considered. Maybe it depends on the severity, expression, and individual feelings and preferences. Idk but I can see it being a factor.
