hey. so the plane i was on just landed (in miami). i was journaling on the plane about some really hard and deep stuff and sorta accidentally spiraled pretty hard. now i’m kinda having a breakdown in the airport. i want to talk to someone about it because part of it is important to get out and tell someone i love and trust because it’s really hard to deal with all alone, but i know i’ll get much more upset if i talk about it, and i don’t even know if it’ll be helpful. this is how it always is for me. i feel awful. i hate how complicated my annoying awful brain is. it’s so confusing and bad and complex and stuff. i can’t deal with it. i just want to figure it all out, you know? i wanna at least have the illusion that i know what’s going on inside my own head.

And you don't have to tackle the problem head on if that feels overwhelming, just communicating that you're upset and need some support can go a long way

Talking it out is a great way to dort through complex emotions, I think it's a great idea to talk to someone you love and trust
